Watch any Solvane studio between 9 and 10 AM and you'll spot the regulars: same seats, same notebooks, same unhurried focus. We asked a dozen of our most productive members what their mornings have in common. Five rituals came up again and again.

1. Arrive with one priority already chosen

The night-before note wins every time. Members who pick tomorrow's first task tonight start working within minutes; everyone else spends the first half hour deciding.

2. Coffee first, inbox second

Almost nobody opens email before settling in. The ritual is consistent: arrive, coffee, desk, then a single focused block before the inbox gets a vote.

Protect the first ninety minutes and the rest of the day takes care of itself.

3. Sit where the work fits

Deep writing goes to the quiet floor; collaborative mornings stay in the lounge. Our regulars choose seats by task, not habit — and move after lunch without ceremony.

4. Stand up at the same time

The 9:30 Monday standup and the mid-morning stretch are social anchors. Shared rhythms make it easier to start, and harder to drift.

5. Leave something unfinished

The oldest trick in the book, confirmed by our members: stop mid-sentence the evening before, so tomorrow starts with momentum instead of a blank page.

Try one ritual this week. The studios open at 9 — the coffee's on us.
